This is possibly the most popular Jamaican cocktail and alcoholic drink recipe. Made from the popular Jamaican Appleton Rum and blended with the smooth taste of coca cola the drink has mesmerizing effects.
INGREDIENTS
2 shots Appleton V/X Rum
½ cup Coca Cola Soda
½ teaspoon lime juice
1 Jamaican sour lemon slice or wedge
8 Ice cubes
PREPARATIONS
Mix rum and coca cola together. Then add lime juice. Shake well. Next crush ice cubes and add to mixture then shake well again. Serve in a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon wedge. This drink makes it as number 9 on our Top Ten Jamaican Drink Recipes.
