Jamaican Rum Cream


Another great Jamaican recipes that finds its way to N0. 6 on the all time Jamaican drink recipes.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup condensed milk sweetened
1 cup thick and heavy cream
1½ cup Appleton white rum
¼ cup chocolate syrup
2 bars of chocolate (without nuts)
4 teaspoons of Jamaican coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cow’s milk

PREPARATION
Place the thick and heavy cream in a pot and bring to a light boil.
Place the chocolate syrup in the cream and stir until completely melted.
Pour into a bowl then in the same pot add the condensed milk, cows milk, the coffee, vanilla extract and the two chocolate bars and stir until totally melted.
Throw in the Appleton
white rum and stir until completely dissolved.
Place both the rum mixture and cream mixture in a blender and puree until mixed.
