Not every Jamaican drink recipe needs rum; it’s unbelievable that most people think that Jamaica is all about the rum. But there are some recipes like this that you really don’t want to mess with. This one is a shock and awe recipe, it will boost sex drive and definitely put more lead in your pencil than you can handle. Try it! It’s No. 2 On our list.

½ cup Guinness
2 stalks sarsaparilla
1 pack raw peanuts
1 shot Ginseng
2 oz. gum Arabic
4 oz. isinglass
4 oz. linseed
1 cup. Condensed milk
¼ lb sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
½ grated nutmeg
2 cups water

PREPARATION
Clean the Irish moss seaweed and sarsaparilla thoroughly then boil the water and add the Irish moss, sarsaparilla, isinglass, linseed and gum and let boil out until fully dissolved. Once this is done strain off the liquid into a large container. Add the remaining ingredients and place in a blender and whip. This will fully mix in the Guinness and chop the raw peanuts to get a better taste. Refrigerate and then serve cold but definitely without ice. This drink is really for both MEN and WOMEN, it’s often known as the ENERGY GOD in some circles and its potency should not be taken lightly.

Blended together the two have a hiding quality.

INGREDIENTS:
½ cup green Mango juice
¼ cup Pineapple juice
1 shot Tequila (your choice)
1 shot of simple syrup
½ shot of lemon juice
1 cup crushed ice

PREPARATION:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Strain well and pour into a margarita glass.
Serve cold and garnish with a lime wedge.

If you use a ripe Mango it will not have the same taste. The mango should not be extremely green but just about to turn.
