ingredients
1 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup evaporated milk
¼ tsp salt
½ cup mango puree
preparation
1. In a heavy saucepan whisk the water and cornstarch and simmer over moderate heat.
2. Add the milk, salt and sugar and heat over low heat.
3. Stir in the mango and freeze in an ice-cream freezer
