Jamaican Jerk Rub
A great Jamaican jerk rub for marinade
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsps ground allspice
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
Remove and place in a plastic container and refrigerate.
